| ELIGIBILITY |
All corporate clients of The Richmonde Hotel’s Room Sales and Banquet Sales who book within the period of June 1, 2007 until May 31, 2008 at any of the identified Club 1 Plus Revenue Centers and accumulate a total revenue of at least PhP10,000 will automatically qualify for the Club 1 Plus program and will be given an application form. |

| MEMBERSHIP |
Upon approval of the booker’s application, he/she will receive a confirmation letter bearing his/her name, company and Club 1 Plus Membership Number. This membership number should always be given when making reservations at any of the Club 1 Plus Revenue Centers. Bookings made without reference to a Club 1 Plus membership number shall not be credited to the member’s account. |

REVENUE |
The total monthly revenue (net of tax and service charge) generated from bookings/reservations/ memberships in any of the Club 1 Plus Revenue Centers indicated below, will be computed to determine accumulated revenue and identify corresponding rewards. Only materialized bookings will be considered as revenue and consequently credited to the members’ accounts. Revenue credits are non-transferable from one corporate account to another, e.g. between sister companies, affiliates or subsidiaries.
