JOB SUMMARY:
      Provides guidance and leadership to the Rooms Division, ensuring that service delivery adheres to the strict standards of the Hotel.

QUALIFICATION STANDARD:
Age : 35 to 45 years old
Sex : Male or Female
Marital Status : Single or Married
Height : At least 5’4” for female; 5’7” for males
Appearance : Good looking, smart, pleasant and well-groomed
Skills Required : At least eight (8) years Rooms Division experience from a first class or deluxe hotel, 3 to 5 years of which is in a managerial position. Hands-on management skills particularly in the areas of decision-making, delegation and people development Working knowledge on yield management, budget and forecasting. Preferably with exposure to Housekeeping/Laundry and Security Able to handle difficult people and/or situations Computer literate – MS Office and Fidelio.
