The Richmonde Hotel appoints newest ky officers


     The Richmonde Hotel is pleased to announce the recent appointment of ENGR. LEVY NACPIL, MARIO JUSTO JR. and GINA RIVERA, as Chief Engineer, Rooms Division Manager and F&B Operations Manager, respectively.

     Mr. Justo is an experienced hotelier who gained his expertise in Front Office operations during his stints at various deluxe hotels in Metro Manila, working initially as a Front Office Agent and moving up to the position of Asst. Front Office Manager in a span of a few years. He then joined a premier international hotel chain in Cebu City where he held the position of Front Office Manager. Because of his valued performance, Mr. Justo was promoted to Director of Rooms, a position he held for 3 years and which enabled him to further hone his proficiency in Front Desk, Reservations and Housekeeping operations, among others. As Richmonde’s Rooms Division Manager, he will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, Security and other minor operating departments, ensuring that all departments meet their set goals, standards and objectives.

     A seasoned Hotel engineer, Engr. Nacpil, joins Richmonde Hotel with 23 years of relevant experience behind him. Starting his career as a Shift Engineer of a deluxe hotel in the bay area, his career movements include a promotion to Preventive Maintenance Engineer in the same property, then as Operations Engineer in another hotel chain, before finally assuming the role of Chief Engineer for six years in another known hotel in Manila. His succeeding stints included Rockwell Integrated Property Services, Inc. and Consolidated Building Maintenance. Engr. Nacpil’s most recent employment prior to joining Richmonde was as Chief Engineer of an all-suite hotel property in the Ortigas area. Now, he is entrusted to head Richmonde’s Engineering Department and implement efficient practices for the hotel’s daily operations.

     Richmonde’s newest Food & Beverage Operations Manager, Ms. Rivera, has acquired significant knowledge in the various aspects of food and beverage operations from her work experience as a Senior Banquet Sales Executive in one of the country’s pioneer deluxe hotels, a Hotel and Events Manager of a business and recreation center in Marikina City, a Rooms and Banquet Sales Manager of an international resort and casino property in Poro Point, and finally, as the Food & Beverage Operations Manager of one of the restaurants of the Cravings Group previously located in an Ortigas hotel. As part of Richmonde’s Food and Beverage team, Ms. Rivera is tasked to ensure the quality service in all the hotel’s restaurant outlets and develop marketing strategies for increased profitability and competitiveness.
