JOB SUMMARY:
      Tasked to contribute to the achievement of sales target through the solicitation of business for guestrooms at maximum yield; proactively developing and retaining existing network of business contacts to generate revenue, and assist in selling the products/services of other revenue generating departments of the hotel

QUALIFICATION STANDARD:
Age : 23 to 28 years old
Educational Requirement : Graduate of a four-year degree course
   
   
Language Requirement :

Fluent in oral and written English

Work Requirement : 2 to 3 years sales experience, preferably from a first class or deluxe hotel. Highly personable, with good interpersonal, communication and time management skills.

JOB SUMMARY:
     Handles guest relations and ensures guest satisfaction.

QUALIFICATION STANDARD:
Age : 25-32 years old
Sex : Male/Female
Marital Status : Preferably Single
Height : At least of 5'4” for female
At least of 5'7” for male
Skills required : Good customer handling and communication skills;
Ability to make objective evaluation and sound decisions.
Educational Requirement : College/University Graduate preferably with a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Administration or Management
Language Requirement : Proficient in written and oral English
Work Requirement : Preferably with 2-5 years experience in Front Office operations of a four (4) or five (5) star hotel and at least one (1) year of which is a supervisory level.
