JOB SUMMARY:
      Responsible for the organization, control and efficient running of the pastry section according to specified standards. Ensures consistency of breads and pastries and develops new product offerings for variety.

QUALIFICATION STANDARD:
Age : 28 to 35 years old
   
Language Requirement :

Good English comprehension.

   
Work Requirement : 3 to 5 years experience in bread and pastry production from a reputable hotel or related business. Able to handle staff development and discipline. Experienced in planning and organizing the resources of the Pastry Section to achieve desired objectives.
